- Shipping can not be refunded. Once label is created and shipped it will cost you to send the product back on your own for the refund. you will only be recieving the refund of the product. The product will need to be recieved by the artist to recieve your refund.
USA residents, Will need to send product back to the artist through the address provided in EMAIL. Be aware that you will be sending the earrings back to Canada.
